Job summary

AGS Health is seeking a seasoned professional for a critical AR calling role in the US healthcare domain. The ideal candidate will possess deep Epic software knowledge with hospital billing experience and demonstrate leadership experience as a team leader for at least 1.5 years.

You will collaborate with internal stakeholders and external customers, maintain high productivity while ensuring accuracy, and contribute to streamlined billing processes within a dynamic care delivery environment.

Qualifications

• 6-9 years of experience in AR calling or similar role in the US healthcare industry.
• Strong knowledge of Epic Software with Hospital billing experience
• Currently who work as a Team leader for 1.5 years + will be eligible for this role.
• Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with internal stakeholders and external customers.
• Proven track record of achieving high levels of productivity while maintaining accuracy standards.
