Job summary

RSM US in India is seeking a Supervisor to lead client engagements, prepare books and financial statements, and support service delivery from Bengaluru. The role requires CA/ACCA qualifications with 4–5 years relevant experience and strong knowledge of IFRS, GAAP, and ASPE. You will collaborate with engagement partners, monitor budgets, and ensure quality, timely deliverables.

Bachelor's degree in Commerce/Accounting is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• CA Qualified with 4 years relevant experience; ACCA/CPA qualified with 5 years relevant experience.
• Prepare bookkeeping records and financial statements for compilation and review engagements.
• Prepare Canadian corporate income tax returns (T2) and ensure tax compliance.
• Perform financial analysis including variance analysis, ratio analysis, YoY analysis, and cash flow statement preparation for review engagements.
• Prepare consolidated financial statements in accordance with applicable accounting standards.
• Apply technical knowledge of ASPE, IFRS, and GAAP to ensure accurate and compliant financial reporting.
• Perform first-level technical reviews for compilation engagements and in-charge reviews for review engagements.
• Collaborate closely with engagement partners and managers to deliver high-quality client engagements.
