Job summary

Mastermind Network in Bengaluru is seeking an experienced Fund Accounting Manager to supervise the equity fund accounting operations, ensuring accurate and timely processing of transactions and NAV calculations. The role leads a team of accountants across locations, provides guidance on complex issues, mentors junior staff, and drives process improvements to increase efficiency.

You will collaborate with other departments such as investment banking to resolve fundraising and portfolio management

Qualifications

• 5-9 years of experience in equity fund accounting or related field.
• Strong knowledge of fund administration, NAV calculation, and regulatory requirements (GAAP).
• Proven leadership skills with ability to manage teams effectively across multiple locations.
