National Film Development Corporation of India, a Government of India Enterprise under the Ministry of Information and Broadcasting is the central agency established to encourage the good cinema movement in the country. The primary goal of the NFDC is to plan, promote and organize an integrated and efficient development of the Indian film industry and foster excellence in cinema. Over the years NFDC has provided a wide range of services essential to the growth of Indian cinema. The NFDC (and its predecessor the Film Finance Corporation) has so far funded / produced over 300 films. These films, in various Indian languages, have been widely acclaimed and have won many national and international awards. The corporation invites application for the post of Supervising Producer with the following job details.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Support a project from client inquiry, making proposals, organizing briefing and presentation sessions to the completions of the project successfully.
  • Familiarizing with the works of various emplaned agencies under various verticals.
  • Working with agencies to ensure timelines and creative requirements are met.
  • The work profile will include maintaining all paper and file work and keeping a check on the deliverables submitted by the Vendors which comes up on a day to day basis.
  • Monitoring the preparation of technical deliverables as per requirements indicated in work order along with client servicing supervisors.
  • Vetting of creative content before the same is submitted to the client.
  • Supervising the final delivery to client.
  • Any other task as may be required for the satisfactory completion of the project assigned.
  • Will be required to handle multiple projects simultaneously. Work as per prescribed Standard Operating Procedures.
  • Managing mandatory paperwork which includes contracts for the agencies, internal and external approvals, billing and managing the entire timeline of the project.

Educational Qualification: Graduate in any discipline

Desired Education: Degree/Diploma in Mass Communication or related streams

Experience: 3 years in a film/TV production house or TV Channel.

Remuneration: Rs. 50,000/- per month all inclusive
