Position: Sr./Lead IT Recruiter – US Staffing

Location: Manyata Tech Park – Bangalore, KA INDIA (Onsite Only)

Experience: 4-7 years of US Staffing Experience

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Proactively source, identify & qualify the best suitable candidates for client requirements.
2. Excellent communication skills and good interpersonal and team coordination skills.
3. Effectively manage multiple job requisitions and deliver on a high volume basis.
4. Active coordination with business accounts and efficiency in feedback management.
5. Well versed with W2 and should have worked with direct clients only.

Duties & Responsibilities:

1. Working experience in US Pharma accounts.
2. Working on IT & Business professional requirements.
3. Experience with MSP/VMS accounts is mandatory.
4. Meeting targets and SLAs on daily/weekly/quarterly basis.
