We are hiring US Staffing – Junior/Senior/Lead Recruiter for our company Sunrise Systems located in Manyata Tech Park, Bangalore.

Position: IT/NONIT Recruiter – US Staffing

Location: Manyata Tech Park, Bangalore, INDIA

Preferred Qualifications:

• Be creative to identify avenues to search candidates and keep an active database ready for client requirements.
• Help team members in sourcing hard-to-find skilled candidates.
• Should have excellent communication skills, good interpersonal, and team coordination skills.
• Effectively manage multiple job requisitions and deliver on a high volume basis.
• Require active coordination with business accounts and efficiency in feedback management.
• Understand client requirements.
• Proactively source, identify & qualify the best suitable candidates for client requirements.
• Should be well-versed with W2; should have worked preferably with direct clients.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Working experience in IT/NONIT & Engineering accounts 1 to 6 years minimum.
• Working experience on VMS/MSP is a plus.
• Should have experience handling or mentoring a team.
• Meeting targets and SLAs on a daily/weekly/quarterly basis.
