Job Summary: To look after simplification/automation of different business processes and leading business excellence initiatives (Yield improvement, APO implementation, Inventory control, etc.)
Areas of Responsibility:
Travel Estimate: Twice a month domestic and twice a year international.
Job Scope:
Internal Interactions: SCM, Purchase, IT, Operations, Quality, R&D (including MSTG & GP&T)
External Interactions: Consultants
Geographical Scope: Across Sun sites (domestic and overseas)
Financial Accountability: Inline with Business Excellence KPI
Job Requirements:
Educational Qualification: Equivalent Master’s degree
Specific Certification: Nothing specific
Skills: SAP/Any Planning tool and Manufacturing operations knowledge is desirable; Project management Skills (PMP certification optional)
Experience: 15+ years
