Job Description

Role & Responsibilities:

• Lead the entire Hospital and College staff (training, data entry, report generation, etc.) regarding Company Software and Bio metric system application usage.
• Coordinate with various IT and other vendors for on-time service delivery.
• Craft clear scope of work with specifications regarding IT products and services.
• Ensure all new joiners are trained in Company Software and Bio metric system of their respective module.
• Following tasks are to be managed but not limited to:
• Coordinate with the software solution provider for resolution of server and software issues.
• Track all issues raised and their status for all hardware and software.
• Manage server.
• Oversee internet connections and all network infrastructure.
• Report to management regarding all high priority issues, with proposed resolution, timeline, and cost if applicable.
• Implement information security and data protection initiatives.
• Manage IT assets inventory and report discrepancies to management.
• Coordinate with finance for vendor payments and ensure payments are done as per agreed scope of work and service delivery.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• Masters/Graduate in Computer with 5 to 8 years of experience in IT application (HRIS, CRM, etc.). Server and software management experience and IT background preferred.
• Basic knowledge of troubleshooting desktops, laptops, thin clients, networks, servers, printers, scanners, firewalls, network switches, and other peripherals.
• Hands-on experience in MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and MS Outlook.
