Qualifications

• 3–5 years of post-sale experience in enterprise SaaS or data management.
• Strong understanding of data integration and governance.
• Hands-on knowledge of Informatica products (IICS, PowerCenter, MDM, Data Quality) preferred.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills; comfortable in a fast-paced global environment.
• Any graduate or postgraduate degree acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 1:1 Expert Coaching Sessions and Ad-Hoc Success Engagements.
• Provide prescriptive recommendations and best practices to improve adoption.
• Offer technical advice for Informatica Cloud Data Integration, Cloud Data Quality, Cloud Data Governance, and MDM SaaS.
• Partner with Account Executives and Support teams to enable customer success.
• Leverage AI-assisted tools and automation to deliver scalable recommendations.
