Develop and deliver online learning experiences, in close coordination with the marketing and design team, for aspirants preparing for UPSC Civil Services Exam.

Job Description

Your typical daily work would include closely coordinating with graphic designers and animators to develop:

• Writing captions, short scripts, mailer campaigns, descriptions for YouTube videos, etc.

Additional routine activities such as sending mails, app notifications, and status updates will also be part of your responsibilities.

• Creating engaging motion graphics / 2D animation videos like promotional videos, explainer videos, YouTube Shorts, Instagram Reels, etc.
• Developing visual concepts for graphic content such as infographics, social media posts, rich documents, and print materials.

Desired skill set:

The candidate should:

• Be thoroughly updated with current trends and demands of the UPSC civil services examination.
• Have qualified at least the prelims and mains exams of the UPSC CSE.
• Be excellent at simplifying and visually presenting complex topics relevant to the UPSC Civil Services Exam.
• Enjoy and thrive in a team environment with multiple engagements.
• Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills (knowledge of copywriting would be an added advantage).
