You will own lifecycle management from procurement to retirement, drive compliance, cost avoidance, and collaborate with IT, Finance, Procurement, and Legal to align asset data and risk management.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in IT, with 7+ years in ITAM/SAM lifecycle management.

Job Summary

Role: Senior IT Asset Management (ITAM) Process ConsultantRole SummaryLead and drive enterprise-wide IT Asset Management (ITAM) strategy, governance, and optimization across software and hardware assets. Own lifecycle management, ensure compliance, and deliver cost and risk optimization while influencing stakeholders across IT, Finance, Procurement, and Legal.Key Responsibilities1. ITAM Strategy & GovernanceOwn and drive ITAM lifecycle management (procurement → deployment → usage → retirement).Establish and lead governance forums with business, IT, and operations stakeholders.Define and enforce ITAM policies, standards, and controls aligned to regulatory and organizational requirements.Influence decision-making on asset governance, compliance, and cost optimization.2. Cross-Functional CollaborationAct as a central interface between IT, Finance, Procurement, Legal, and business units.Align ITAM initiatives with financial planning, contract obligations, and risk posture.Drive stakeholder accountability for asset data accuracy and compliance adherence.3. Key Responsibilities

• To ensure on-time resolution & quality compliance of escalated tickets/incident as per the agreed SLA
• To perform value addition activities (such as mentoring administrators/team members, preparing SOPs, maintaining effective documentation simultaneously and Knowledge sharing.) In addition act as a liaison to the business segment, facilitating effective communication and presentation to key business stakeholders as & when required.
• To validate Change Order Implementation Plan & Human Error Compliance and participate in Capacity planning
• To ensure positive customer feedback & satisfaction through active participation in customer meetings to understand any issues faced
• To validate analyses (eg. Root Cause Analysis ,Trend Analysis) and reports to facilitate performance in tasks to be presented to key business stakeholders
