Roles and Responsibilities:

• Handle the entire JAIIB/CAIIB Examination content, including designing study notes and questions aligned with the exam pattern.
• Stay updated with the latest exam patterns and conduct thorough exam research.
• Create engaging content, develop new questions, and write clear, understandable solutions.
• Review content and questions created by other SMEs and Content Developers to maintain quality standards.
• Continuously update and improve existing content across various courses.
• Plan and develop content for live and recorded courses in collaboration with Content Managers and stakeholders.
• Design and launch new Test Series or live tests in coordination with the team.
• Analyze content performance using analytical tools, derive insights, and enhance content quality.
• Engage with users to gather feedback, understand their needs, and address their doubts.
• Train and mentor Content Developers, including freelancers, to improve their output.
