Job description

Job Responsibilities:

1. Handle the entire JAIIB and CAIIB examinations, including understanding exam patterns and designing study notes and questions related to the exams.
2. Be proficient in exam research and stay updated on changes in the current exam patterns.
3. Develop creative content, frame new questions, and write easy-to-understand solutions.
4. Review content and questions created by other SMEs and content developers to ensure quality.
5. Ensure constant updation of existing content across various courses.
6. Plan and develop content for live and recorded courses in coordination with content managers and stakeholders.
7. Plan, develop, and execute the launch of new test series or live tests with the team.
8. Analyze content performance using analytical tools, draw insights, and enhance content quality.
9. Interact with users to understand their needs, gather feedback, and clarify doubts.
10. Train content developers (both in-house and freelancers) to improve their content delivery.

Qualifications:

• Must have knowledge of JAIIB/CAIIB exams.
