On-site role with a focus on energy efficiency, system upgrades, and rapid response to issues. Strong engineering background and experience with BMS are essential for success at JLL.

Job Description (JD)- Role: Subject Matter Expert – HVAC ( Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering )

• Location: Gurugram/Cyber City

Responsibilities:

• Provide technical expertise and guidance on HVAC systems and machinery across 17 commercial buildings.
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules, troubleshooting protocols, and performance optimization strategies.
• Conduct regular inspections, audits, and assessments of HVAC systems to ensure efficiency, reliability, and compliance with regulations.
• Collaborate with operations, maintenance, and project teams to ensure seamless execution of HVAC-related tasks.
• Identify opportunities for energy efficiency, cost savings, and system upgrades.

Key Result Areas (KRAs)- HVAC System Uptime: Ensure HVAC systems are operational and available >99% of the time across all 17 buildings.

• Energy Efficiency: Achieve at least 10% reduction in energy consumption through optimization and retrofits.
• Compliance and Safety: Ensure 100% compliance with regulatory requirements, safety standards, and industry best practices.
• Maintenance and Response: Respond to HVAC-related issues within 2 hours and resolve within 4 hours.
• Cost Savings: Identify and implement cost-saving measures, targeting at least ₹X lakhs per annum.

Some essential skills for this role include:

• Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems, equipment, and controls.
• Experience with building management systems (BMS) and energy management.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
