Job summary

Qualitykiosk Technologies is seeking a senior Functional Analyst to act as SME for Core Banking platforms. You will guide end-to-end banking operations, translate requirements into specs, and support implementations, upgrades, migrations, and regulatory initiatives.

Collaborate with business and delivery teams to analyze impacts, validate needs, and drive testing across SIT/UAT/Regression. Mentoring junior staff and ensuring regulatory compliance will be part of your responsibilities.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Core Banking Domain.
• Strong understanding of Banking Products and Processes.
• Experience in Core Banking Transformation or Large Implementation Programs.
• Exposure to Testing Lifecycle (SIT/UAT/Regression).
• Experience with cross-functional teams including Business, Technology, Vendor and Delivery.

Responsibilities

• Act as a Functional SME for Core Banking platforms and banking processes.

• Support production issues, audits, compliance, and regulatory reporting requirements.
• Mentor junior team members and facilitate knowledge transfer sessions.
