Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT/CE/Electronics/Robotics or related field.
• Strong CS fundamentals, programming logic, algorithms, and Python basics.
• Knowledge of Scratch block-based programming.
• Experience with robotics kits, sensors, motors, controllers, and basic electronics.
• Strong content writing, editing, proofreading, and research skills.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Proficiency in MS Office or Google Workspace.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
• Willingness to travel for school demonstrations, workshops, and training.

Responsibilities

• Develop and review educational content for CS, Coding, AI, and Robotics for school grades.
• Create lesson plans, textbooks, worksheets, activity manuals, presentations, and assessments aligned with CBSE where applicable.
• Design and validate hands-on robotics activities with sensors, motors, controllers, and basic electronics.
• Prepare question papers, answer keys, assessment rubrics, and teacher-training materials.
• Review content for technical accuracy, grammar, formatting, illustrations, and instructional clarity.
• Ensure content quality through proofreading, feedback incorporation, error tracking, and timely revisions.
• Collaborate with academic, design, production, digital content, and training teams to deliver projects on time.
• Support school demonstrations, teacher training sessions, workshops, and product demos.
• Maintain project trackers and provide regular progress updates.

Job Summary

The role involves curriculum development, coding, Artificial Intelligence (AI), robotics activities, assessment design, content quality assurance, and teacher training.

The ideal candidate should have strong computer science fundamentals, practical knowledge of robotics, excellent written and verbal English communication skills, and a passion for simplifying technical concepts for school learners.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and review educational content for school grades covering Computer Science, Coding, Artificial Intelligence (AI), and Robotics.
• Create lesson plans, textbooks, worksheets, activity manuals, presentations, and assessments aligned with curriculum objectives and CBSE guidelines, where applicable.
• Design and validate hands-on robotics activities involving sensors, motors, controllers, basic electronics, and block-based programming.
• Prepare question papers, answer keys, assessment rubrics, and teacher-training materials.
• Review educational content for technical accuracy, grammar, formatting, illustrations, and instructional clarity.
• Ensure content quality through proofreading, feedback incorporation, error tracking, and timely revisions.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Electronics, Robotics, or a related discipline.
• Strong understanding of computer fundamentals, programming logic, algorithms, and basic Python programming.
• Knowledge of block-based programming platforms such as Scratch.
• Working knowledge of robotics kits, sensors, motors, controllers, and basic electronics.
• Strong content writing, editing, proofreading, and research skills.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office or Google Workspace.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, incorporate feedback, and meet deadlines.
• Willingness to travel for school demonstrations, workshops, and teacher training as required.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in K12 curriculum development, educational publishing, EdTech, or school teaching.
