Job summary

Clearwater Analytics India Private Limited in Bengaluru is seeking a Client Servicing SME for OEMS FIX Operations. You will translate client requirements into system applications, design processes, and create SOPs to support investment accounting and reporting for our largest clients.

You will collaborate with global teams, mentor colleagues, drive process improvements, and help shorten delivery cycles while maintaining accuracy and clear documentation.

• Translate the client’s business requirements into specific system applications, process design, implementation materials/training and SOPs.
• Provide accurate, timely and thorough responses to inquiries in written and verbal forms, simplifying complex topics.
• Collaborate with a global team to resolve complex problems and client inquiries in their area of expertise and broader financial topics.
• Strategize with development teams to enhance product offerings, improve client onboarding, shorten delivery periods, and develop scalable processes.
• Mentor/train others and design training materials and SOPs.
• Drive continuous improvement of processes, procedures, tools and resources within the team.
• Manage and coordinate resources to complete assigned projects.
• Contribute to knowledge base and SOP documentation to drive client self-service.

Client Servicing Subject Matter Experts are domain experts in a specific area or topic, operating as a liaison between our clients and internal teams. They develop and apply expertise on the Clearwater systems and processes to evaluate requirements and configure solutions to meet a wide range of investment accounting and reporting needs for Clearwater's largest clients . Regarded as trusted experts in their area, they have the confidence to make decisions and contribute to client success, whilst being able to provide instruction to team members regarding their area of expertise.

Responsibilities

• Translate the client’s business requirements into specific system applications, process design, implementation materials/training and SOPs .
• Trusted to deliver accurate , timely and thorough responses to any inquiry in both written and verbal contexts, with the ability to simplify multiple complex topics .
• Effectively communicate and collaborate with a global team to accurately resolve complex problems and client inquiries in their area of specialism, as well as broader financial or accounting topics .
• Strategize with development teams to enhance our product offering, improve our client on-boarding experience, shorten delivery periods , and develop repeatable, scalable processes .
• Spread your knowledge by regularly providing mentorship/training, as well as designing and implementing training materials and SOPs .
• Proactively work towards continuous improvement of processes, procedures, tools and resources within the team .
• Manage and consistently complete assigned projects and coordinate necessary resources .
• Key contributor for knowledge base and SOP documentation, leading efforts to drive client self-service .
