Clearwater Analytics in Mumbai seeks a Client Servicing Subject Matter Expert responsible for translating client requirements into system configurations and SOPs. You will work with global teams to deliver accurate responses and help tailor investment accounting solutions for top clients.

Regarded as a trusted expert, you will mentor peers, design training materials, and contribute to continuous process improvements, while coordinating resources across multiple projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Accounting or Finance-related field, or experience in relevant area of specialization.
• 5+ years’ relevant experience.

Responsabilités

• Translate client requirements into system applications, process design, implementation materials and SOPs.
• Deliver accurate, timely responses in written and verbal form, simplifying complex topics.
• Collaborate with a global team to resolve problems and client inquiries in their area of expertise.
• Strategize with development teams to enhance product offering and onboarding, and develop scalable processes.
• Mentor and train, design and implement training materials and SOPs.
• Drive continuous improvement of processes, procedures, tools and resources within the team.
• Manage and complete assigned projects, coordinating necessary resources.
• Contribute to knowledge base and SOP documentation to drive client self-service.

They develop and apply expertise on the Clearwater systems and processes to evaluate requirements and configure solutions to meet a wide range of investment accounting and reporting needs for Clearwater's largest clients.

They develop and apply expertise on the Clearwater systems and processes to evaluate requirements and configure solutions to meet a wide range of investment accounting and reporting needs for Clearwater's largest clients. Regarded as trusted experts in their area, they have the confidence to make decisions and contribute to client success, whilst being able to provide instruction to team members regarding their area of expertise.

Responsibilities

• Translate the client’s business requirements into specific system applications, process design, implementation materials/training and SOPs.
• Trusted to deliver accurate, timely and thorough responses to any inquiry in both written and verbal contexts, with the ability to simplify multiple complex topics.
• Effectively communicate and collaborate with a global team to accurately resolve complex problems and client inquiries in their area of specialism, as well as broader financial or accounting topics.
• Strategize with development teams to enhance our product offering, improve our client on-boarding experience, shorten delivery periods, and develop repeatable, scalable processes.
• Spread your knowledge by regularly providing mentorship/training, as well as designing and implementing training materials and SOPs.
• Proactively work towards continuous improvement of processes, procedures, tools and resources within the team.
• Manage and consistently complete assigned projects and coordinate necessary resources.
• Key contributor for knowledge base and SOP documentation, leading efforts to drive client self-service.
