We are seeking a Subject Matter Expert (SME) – Chemistry who will be responsible for creating high-quality academic content to support both faculty and students. This is a non-teaching role, focused on developing question papers, DPPs, presentations, and other learning materials aligned with NEET, JEE, and board exam standards. The role demands deep subject knowledge, precision, and an ability to collaborate with academic teams.

Work Location: Coimbatore

Key Responsibilities:

Content Creation

Develop question papers, worksheets, and academic support materials with zero error.
Create visually engaging and pedagogically sound PowerPoint presentations tailored to student level.
Design and update Daily Practice Problems (DPPs) based on curriculum and exam patterns.
Prepare slides and resources aligned with academic plans and teaching requirements.

Faculty & Student Support

Collaborate with faculty to understand their material requirements and deliver accordingly.
Ensure the materials are conceptually strong and aligned with the academic structure.
Contribute to the resolution of academic challenges by identifying gaps and suggesting solutions.

Compliance & Coordination

Follow department SOPs, internal processes, and deadlines for content delivery.
Work with DTP, design teams, and coordinators to ensure timely and quality output.
Submit daily/weekly work reports and track task status regularly.

Quality & Research

Maintain accuracy, clarity, and structure in all academic content.
Regularly review and refine existing materials based on feedback and academic updates.
Stay updated with current syllabus changes, exam patterns, and student needs.
In-depth subject knowledge in Chemistry (NEET/JEE level preferred)
Excellent PPT and document preparation skills (MS PowerPoint, Word)
Strong communication and coordination abilities
Detail-oriented with high levels of accuracy
Research mindset and problem-solving attitude
