Job summary

Epoch Olympiad Foundation is seeking academically strong Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to review and improve curriculum, question papers and academic content. This role offers part-time/consulting engagement with flexible remote or hybrid work arrangements.

You will develop an Academic Health Report, translate assessment data into actionable insights, and help build a research-led learning framework using data, AI and emerging tools to strengthen learning pathways.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree, PhD or equivalent qualification in the relevant subject.
• Strong subject knowledge and analytical ability.
• Experience in teaching, curriculum development, assessment design or academic content review preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop a student-centric Academic Health Report that goes beyond marks to identify learning strengths, gaps, competencies and developmental needs, aligned with NEP 2020.
• Translate assessment data into actionable insights by defining age-appropriate benchmarks and clear “What Next?” recommendations for students, parents and educators.
• Build a continuous, research-led learning framework using assessment data, educational research, AI and emerging tools to track progress and strengthen curriculum, content and learning pathways.
