Job summary

Reliance Retail is seeking a Security Asset Protection Officer to safeguard property, personnel, material and information in the designated zone. Lead a team of company officers and outsourced staff under the Zonal Security Head’s supervision.

You will deploy manpower, monitor gate passes, and ensure smooth movement of people and vehicles on site while planning improvements to access control systems and processes.

Qualifications

• Must have graduate in any discipline.
• Post graduate qualifications are desirable.
• LLB/LLM or knowledge of criminal, IR and labour law is desirable.
• VIP Protection Courses RGSS/SPG/NSG/Defence Services are desirable.

Responsibilities

• Check deploy adequate manpower for managing access control and property protection in the zone.
• Monitor checking of valid incoming/outgoing vehicles/men/material from the zone.
• Monitor and randomly check material gate passes and tally authorized signatures.
• Ensure smooth incident-free traffic movement (men/vehicle) in company premises.
• Update/plan strategic initiatives for betterment/improvement of Access Control System.

Job description

1. Check deploy adequate manpower for managing access control Property Protection in the zone.
2. Monitor checking of valid incoming/outgoing vehicles/men/material from the zone.
3. Monitor and randomly check Material gate passes and tally authorized signatures.
4. Ensure smooth incident free traffic movement (men vehicle) in company premises.
5. Update/plan strategic initiatives for betterment improvement of Access Control System.

Education Requirement:

Necessary: Graduate - Any disciple

Desirable:

• Post Graduate - Any
• LLB/LLMor knowledge of Land of law-Criminal, IR and labour law
• Traffic Road Safety - IIMs (Delhi Bangalore)/state traffic police /RGSS road safety management PGM.

VIP Protection Courses - RGSS/ SPG/ NSG / Defence Services

Experience Requirement:

Min 05 Experience in Security Function with RGSS/ Asset Protection Access Control Officer / Intelligence Vigilance Officer/ Assistant. Security Executive.
