Job summary

Reliance Industries Limited in Roha, Maharashtra seeks an experienced security professional to lead access control, asset protection and incident prevention within the zone. You will supervise company officers and outsourced staff, plan manpower deployment and monitor vehicle and personnel movements across premises.

The role requires graduates with relevant security training or higher, knowledge of criminal, IR and labour law an advantage, and VIP protection exposure.

Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline is required.
• Desirable: postgraduate degree in any field.
• Desirable: LLB/LLM or knowledge of criminal, IR and labour law.
• Desirable: Traffic & Road Safety training from recognized institutes.
• Desirable: VIP protection courses experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide security and asset protection of property, personnel, material and information with a team under supervision.
• Check and deploy adequate manpower for access control and protection in the zone.
• Monitor validation of incoming/outgoing vehicles, people and materials.
• Inspect material gate passes and tally authorized signatures.
• Ensure smooth, incident-free movement of staff and vehicles within company premises.
• Update and plan strategic initiatives to improve access control systems.

Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for providing Security & asset protection of property, personnel, material and information in his assigned Zone / duty place area with the help of his team comprising company officers and outsourced staff under the supervision of his Zonal Security Head.
• Check & deploy adequate manpower for managing access control & Property Protection in the zone.
• Monitor checking of valid incoming/outgoing vehicles/men/material from the zone.
• Monitor and randomly check Material gate passes and tally authorized signatures.
• Ensure smooth & incident free traffic movement (men & vehicle) in company premises.
• Update/plan strategic initiatives for betterment & improvement of Access Control System.

Education Requirement

• Necessary: Graduate - Any disciple
• Desirable: Post Graduate - Any
• Desirable: LLB/LLMor knowledge of Land of law-Criminal, IR and labour law
• Desirable: Traffic & Road Safety - IIMs (Delhi & Bangalore)/state traffic police /RGSS road safety management PGM.
• VIP Protection Courses - RGSS/ SPG/ NSG / Defence Services

Experience Requirement

Min 05 Experience in Security Function with RGSS/ Asset Protection & Access Control Officer / Intelligence & Vigilance Officer/ Assistant. Security Executive.
