Qualifications

• Graduate / HSC / SSC qualification with 2 years of experience in retail.
• Must be above 18 and below 28 years of age.

• Excellent presentation and grooming standards.
• Flexibility and adaptability to work varied shifts (including weekends and evenings).

Responsibilities

• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable jewelry pieces.
• Demonstrate knowledge of product categories, features, benefits, and competitive positioning; communicate value to customers.
• Adapt to varying shift timings and be open to transfers within the cluster area.
• Assist Senior Style Associate in processing store deliveries, online orders, and packaging.
• Assist in stock replenishment and visual merchandising; ensure store looks presentable and clean.
• Support theft prevention by following protocols and adhering to SOPs.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth store operations and be a cohesive team player.
• Display sensitivity when addressing customer concerns and exercise sound judgment while upholding brand standards.
