Job summary

WWICS is seeking a study abroad counselor in Delhi to advise students on academic, personal, professional, and financial requirements for studying abroad. The role involves meeting prospective students, assessing profiles, and counseling for visa applications.

You will coordinate with partner universities, guide students and parents through the application process, maintain the Study Abroad database, and follow up via calls and emails.

• Attend walk-in or meet with potential students individually to assess the profile & counsel them for Visa application.
• Able to convert an aspiring candidate into a prospective lead.
• Advise students on process & procedures related to academic, personal, professional & financial requirements in order to study Abroad.
• Coordinate with universities & their representatives to get the offer letters for our potential candidates.
• Guide students & their parents regarding application, acceptance, registration, orientation, and evaluation processes.
• Maintain the accurate & latest Study Abroad database
• Following up with candidates by calls and emails
• Give presentations in our partner schools and other educational institutions
• Collaborate with other organizations to increase awareness of the program
