The Mechanical Lead Study Manager is responsible for leading, overseeing, and delivering mechanical input across multiple multi-center studies, including feasibility, conceptual, pre-FEED, and front-end advisory scopes. The role ensures technical excellence by serving as the primary interface for mechanical expertise throughout these studies, ensuring safe and efficient execution, high-quality delivery, and strong commercial stewardshipglobally for Genesis.
The Mechanical Lead Study Manager will work within various study teams, collaborating closely with the broader Genesis organization both locally and internationally, as well as with Technip Energies locally. They will manage the mechanical scopes across multiple studies, liaising with local and global mechanical engineers to ensure timely, within-budget, and high-quality completion of deliverables. Additionally, they will provide mechanical discipline oversight for front-end studies and offer bespoke operational support and troubleshooting for clients worldwide.
The position requires a self-starter who can flexibly manage and deliver on multiple priorities.
