Job Description

• A minimum of 5 years of industry experience, specifically as an Overseas Senior Student Counselor, is required.
• A degree or graduate qualification will be an added advantage.
• Strong understanding of immigration processes and regulations related to studying and settling abroad.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Target-oriented with a strong determination to complete tasks efficiently.
• Computer literacy, including proficiency in MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional counselling to clients on the university admission requirements and visa process.
• To verify the accuracy of university admission materials, review and evaluate them.
• Check the eligibilities of the student according to their background matching their preferences.
• Guide and advise on the documentation procedures.
• Be updated with immigration rules and regulations.
• Work together with other team members to streamline the process.
