Job summary

Right Side Story in Surat is seeking a proactive Workshop Facilitator to lead interactive health and wellbeing sessions for students in Grades 5–12. You will engage learners, foster meaningful discussions, and create a safe, inclusive learning environment.

This contractual, on-site role offers a fixed salary of 30,000 per month with immediate joining. You will deliver sessions on menstrual health, puberty and body changes, personal hygiene, self-care and emotional wellbeing, and submit reports

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Public Health, Education, Counselling, Nursing, Life Sciences, or related fields.
• Experience in training, facilitation, teaching, counselling, workshops, or youth engagement is preferred.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
• Comfortable interacting with school students.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned city whenever required.
• Immediate joiners will be preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct interactive workshops in schools for students from Grades 5–12.
