DHRRON CONSULTANCY in Vadodara seeks an proactive Education Consultant to guide students through overseas visa processes, documentation, and admissions. You will interface with partner institutions and manage applicant records to ensure smooth progression.

Responsibilities include counseling, document reviews, seminars, and promotional campaigns, with emphasis on compliance, accuracy, and customer service for aspiring international students.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in any discipline.
• Minimum 3 years in overseas education or education consultancy.
• Strong written and verbal communication with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Provide accurate information on student visa requirements and documentation for USA, Canada, UK, Australia, New Zealand and others.
• Prepare and review visa applications for compliance with student visa rules.
• Stay updated on changing student visa policies from embassies and government agencies.
• Guide students in organizing required documents including financials, SOPs, and language test results.
• Communicate regularly with students on application progress and next steps.
• Coordinate with admission processors to ensure timely offer letters and admission requirements.
• Maintain accurate student records, case notes, and follow-up details in management systems.
• Manage end-to-end application processing and follow-ups with students and institutions.
• Organize seminars and webinars to provide guidance and increase awareness.
• Handle promotional calls and execute promotional campaigns via emails and broadcasts.

• Prepare and review visa applications to ensure completeness and compliance with student visa rules and regulations.
• Maintain a deep understanding of changing student visa policies and updates from embassies and government agencies.
• Guide students in organizing required documents including financials, SOPs, academic records, and language test results.
• Communicate regularly with students to provide updates on application progress and next steps.
• Collaborate with admission processors to ensure compliance with admission requirements and timely offer letter updates.
• Maintain accurate student records, case notes, and follow‑up details in student management systems.
• Manage end‑to‑end application processing, documentation, and regular follow‑ups with students and institutions.
• Organize, coordinate, and conduct student seminars and webinars to provide guidance and increase awareness.
• Handle promotional calls and execute promotional campaigns through emails and broadcast.
  

Target Achievement:

• Achieve monthly/quarterly B2B acquisition and student conversion targets as per the company’s goals
