What you will do
The IS Service Lead -OTC will be for managing the day to day activities in the areas of technical integration projects, environment and application readiness. The scope of work can include activities supporting RUN for a specific platform / application stack. The incumbent will be responsible for tracking and managing the execution of approved projects and/or releases, while also forecasting the planning and delivery of new demand. The incumbent could also provide oversight of managed service teams that are aligned to the platform for both service requests and incidents. Candidate will be responsible for assisting with the development and guidance of the junior team members in enhancing their capabilities and increasing productivity.
Analyze business requirements (functional and technical) by conducting information-gathering sessions across multiple functional areas.
What You Need
Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university required; Bachelor’s degree in the areas of Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Business, or equivalent field of study preferred.
Strong knowledge of SAP SD (sales & distribution) with 5 years of configuration experience mandatory and 7+ years of experience preferred
Strong SD (sales and distribution) technical knowledge including IDOCs
Strong analytical, problem solving, and troubleshooting skills
Strong strategic skills with ability and vision to map out “to be” business processes
Demonstrated ability to influence and foster collaborative relationships
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and meet milestones
Experienced in SAP Interfaces and EDI preferred
Works independently without supervision.
