Job summary

Capgemini Engineering in Bangalore seeks experienced aerospace professionals to join the Aero Structures team, bridging design and manufacturing using Airbus applications to validate processes. You will work on material qualification and testing of standard parts assembly.

We value strong communication, stakeholder engagement, and knowledge of aerospace manufacturing processes, metals, EHS, and use of MAPIS, MADRAS, NORM MASTER, ZAMIZ, and MS Office.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years in Aerospace Industrial Domain with Airbus methodology.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Knowledge of Material Qualification and Testing.
• Technical qualification of Mechanical standard parts.
• Aerospace experience; Airbus experience preferred.
• Knowledge of EHS activities, assembly technology.
• Good knowledge of Manufacturing Process and Metals (Aero standards).

Your Role

We are seeking highly skilled professionals to join our Aero Structures team. This role is pivotal in bridging the gap between design and Manufacturing by utilizing the Airbus Applications to validate manufacturing processes, Qualification of materials and testing to validate Standard parts assembly processes.

Role Requirements:

This specific role within the Airframe / Structures Material Process team focuses on bridging the gap between Design and Manufacturing using Airbus applications.

Your Profile

• 2 to 5 years of experience in Aerospace Industrial Domain with Airbus methodology
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Strong knowledge of Material Qualification and Testing
• good in Technical qualification of Mechanical standard parts
• Should have Aerospace experience (AIRBUS experience is good).
• Should have good technical knowledge on EHS activities, Assembly technology
• Good knowledge on Manufacturing Process and Metals (Aero standards)
• Tools- MAPIS, MADRAS, NORM MASTER, ZAMIZ, MS office
