Job summary

AMINA Bank AG is seeking an experienced Structured Lending Specialist to support and enhance our structured lending services in India. The role focuses on margin lending, risk analysis, and delivering exceptional client service, serving as a liaison between clients and internal teams.

The ideal candidate has at least 5 years in structured lending, strong knowledge of margins and collateral, and excellent communication skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in structured lending or margin lending within banking or financial services.
• Strong knowledge of margin lending processes, financial instruments and collateral management.
• Experience in conducting preliminary risk analysis and understanding loan-to-value (LTV) ratios.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with a client-focused mindset.
• Proficient in financial systems and tools with an ability to manage data accurately and efficiently.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple tasks and priorities.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients regarding structured lending solutions, including margin lending.
• Conduct preliminary risk assessments of client portfolios and analyze collateral quality to ensure compliance with bank policies and regulations.
• Collaborate with underwriting and risk management to streamline loan processing and documentation.
• Monitor market trends, collateral valuations, and margin calls, and proactively communicate with clients about risks and actions.
• Provide tailored solutions to meet client needs while adhering to bank policies and regulatory requirements.
• Ensure all client interactions are well-documented and maintain confidentiality and accuracy.

We are seeking an experienced Structured Lending Specialist to support and enhance our structured lending services. This client-facing role focuses on margin lending, conducting preliminary risk analysis, and providing exceptional client service. The ideal candidate will act as a trusted liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring efficient and smooth lending processes.

Your AMINA To-Do List

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients regarding structured lending solutions, including margin lending.
• Conduct preliminary risk assessments of client portfolios and analyze collateral quality to ensure compliance with bank policies and regulations.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including underwriting and risk management, to streamline loan processing and documentation.
• Monitor market trends, collateral valuations, and margin calls, and proactively communicate with clients about potential risks and actions required.
• Provide tailored solutions to meet client needs while adhering to bank policies and regulatory requirements.
• Ensure all client interactions are well-documented and maintain confidentiality and accuracy in all communications.
• Assist in the preparation of loan proposals and credit summaries for internal review
