Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or related field.
• 10+ years of structural engineering experience focused on BIM.
• Proficiency in BIM software including Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, Navisworks, and BIM360.
• Experience leading BIM teams and managing multiple projects.
• Excellent communication and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Structural BIM team, guiding members and projects.
• Develop and implement BIM standards, workflows, and protocols.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and architects to define BIM deliverables.
• Oversee BIM models for accuracy, completeness, and compliance.
• Conduct regular model reviews and clash detection to resolve conflicts.

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Structural BIM Manager to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in structural engineering with extensive

experience in Building Information Modeling (BIM). As the Structural BIM Manager, you

will be responsible for leading the BIM team, implementing BIM processes, and ensuring the

successful delivery of BIM projects.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the Structural BIM team, providing guidance and mentorship to team members.
• Develop and implement BIM standards, protocols, and workflows to ensure consistency and efficiency across projects.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and architects to define BIM requirements and deliverables for each project.
• Oversee the creation and maintenance of BIM models, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with project requirements.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in structural engineering with a focus on BIM.
• Proficiency in BIM software such as Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD, Google Sketchup, Navisworks, and BIM360.
• Experience leading BIM teams and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Professional certification in BIM (e.g., Autodesk Certified Professional) is a plus.
• International experience would be a bonus.
