Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in aerospace/ mechanical/ aeronautical engineering.
• 5–15 years of experience in aerospace structural analysis or loads development.
• FAR 23/25 and CS 23/25 certification knowledge is essential.

Responsibilities

• Perform Aircraft Loads Development and flight load analysis for primary and secondary structures.
• Conduct Airframe Stress Analysis for metallic and composite aircraft structures.
• Generate and validate Margins of Safety (MOS) using industry-standard methodologies.
• Utilize MMPDS, Bruhn, and other aerospace design manuals for structural substantiation.
• Support structural sizing, static strength, fatigue, and damage tolerance assessments.
• Interface with design, certification, and test teams to ensure compliance requirements are met.
• Prepare certification documents and structural analysis reports.
