Job summary

Voy India, the health and metabolic platform, seeks a senior leader to define strategic priorities and drive growth across the organization. You will shape initiatives, guide execution, and lead cross-functional teams from strategy through delivery.

With 7–15 years in strategy, operations, or consulting, you will navigate ambiguity, make impactful decisions, and steer multiple initiatives to successful outcomes while building a high-performing team.

Qualifications

• 7–15 years of experience in strategy, operations, consulting, or similar roles.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and teams.

Role Overview

Lead strategic planning and operational execution across the organization. This role involves driving key business initiatives, improving processes, and ensuring alignment between strategy and day-to-day operations.
