KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Strategic Planning and Development: Lead the development of strategic plans that align with company goals, including identifying key objectives, evaluating market conditions, and setting performance targets.
• Market Analysis and Research: Conduct and oversee comprehensive market and competitive research to identify new growth opportunities, industry trends, and market dynamics.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with departments such as product, finance, marketing, and operations to implement and monitor strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
• Performance Tracking: Define and track KPIs and metrics to measure the effectiveness of strategic projects, creating dashboards and regular reports to communicate results to senior management.
• Business Case Development: Develop business cases for new initiatives, including financial analysis, forecasting, and risk assessments to support decision-making.
• Project Management: Oversee and manage strategic projects from inception to completion, ensuring deadlines and goals are met.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or a related field; MBA or relevant advanced degree is preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in strategy, consulting, business analysis, or a related field, with proven success in managing complex projects and teams.
• Strong analytical skills with expertise in Excel, data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI), and financial modeling.
• Excellent communication skills with experience in creating detailed presentations and reports for executive-level audiences.
• Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
