Job Overview

Looking for a Strategy professional with 1+ years of relevant Strategy experience for Junior & 5+ years of relevant Strategy experience for Senior Positions to support leadership in planning, analysis, and decision‑making across business and social impact initiatives, who thrives on research, critical thinking, and turning insights into actionable strategies that balance profit and purpose.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the formulation and execution of strategic initiatives across consulting, technology, and impact domains
• Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and trend forecasting
• Prepare presentations, reports, and business cases for senior management
• Support program evaluation, impact measurement, and organizational planning
• Analyze data and performance metrics to inform strategic recommendations
• Collaborate across departments to identify growth opportunities and innovation areas

Primary Skills (Must-Have)

• Experience in strategy, management consulting, or business analysis
• Strong skills in research, data interpretation, and problem-solving
• Proficiency in tools like Excel, PowerPoint, and optionally Tableau/Power BI
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, impact‑oriented environment

Secondary Skills (Good-to-Have)

• Exposure to social impact strategy, CSR, or public policy projects
• Knowledge of business model innovation, impact frameworks, or lean strategyFamiliarity with tools like Notion, Airtable, or project management platforms
• Experience working in or with startups, social enterprises, or consulting firms

Qualifications
