About The Role

The organization is establishing a core Group Strategy Team as part of a broader initiative to build centralized group structures. This team will shape the long‑term vision, drive high‑impact initiatives, and collaborate closely with business units to unlock value.

Core Responsibilities

Vision Setting & Long-Term Planning

• Define long-term goals across business verticals.
• Work with companies to align their individual strategies with the group’s vision.
• Strengthen the group’s positioning within the Indian corporate ecosystem.
• Track macro trends and assess their impact on business outlook.

Business Planning & Execution Support

• Support business units in Annual Operating Plans and mid-term plans.
• Ensure alignment of business plans with overall group targets.
• Establish SOPs and systems for centralized performance tracking.

New Initiatives & Transformation

• Design centralized initiatives applicable across verticals.
• Identify high-impact initiatives with business leaders and support execution.
• Run governance mechanisms to track initiative progress, action plans, and reviews.

Business Portfolio Management

• Evaluate new investments and diversification opportunities.
• Ideate on future-focused opportunities, assess risks, and analyze potential equity impact.
• Support the creation of new business lines, verticals, or entities.

• Exposure to strategy formulation, operations, and execution.
• Experience in manufacturing, energy, or real estate is an advantage.
