• You'll support strategic decisions through market research, competitor analysis, and financial investigation
• Your work involves identifying trends, synthesizing data from multiple sources, and presenting clear conclusions to leadership
• You'll move from initial research questions to actionable insights that inform company direction

What you'll work on:

• Conduct primary research through one-on-one interviews with industry participants, customers, or experts
• Reach out proactively to potential sources via LinkedIn, email, and your network to build research access
• Analyze financial performance using public company filings, examining revenue streams, profitability, burn rates, and related metrics
• Read and interpret P&L statements and other financial documents to assess business health
• Evaluate and verify outputs from AI research tools, ensuring accuracy before use in analysis
• Compile findings into clear, well-structured reports and presentations
• Maintain research documentation and keep information current as conditions change

Who you are:

• Final-year or pre-final-year undergraduate student in any field of study
• You have concrete evidence of market research capability: completed an internship involving research, led a project with research components, worked in consulting or VC, produced an equity research report, or published sector analysis
• You conduct interviews effectively and can extract meaningful insights from conversations
• You're comfortable with direct outreach and building relationships with potential sources
• You understand financial statements and can analyze company performance from public data
• You can work independently, take ownership of projects, and maintain confidentiality

Desirable strengths:

• Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for data organization and analysis
• Background interest in education or educational technology
• Track record of published writing: blog posts, newsletters, or LinkedIn content you've authored
