• Ability to operate effectively in highly ambiguous environments.
• Comprehensive, enterprise‑level understanding of the Empower business model, product and service offerings, and customer ecosystem, leveraging this insight to shape strategy, priorities, and long‑term business outcomes.

• Sponsor cross‑functional initiatives to improve experimentation capabilities.
• Ensure experimentation approaches align with enterprise objectives.
