Job description

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in sourcing/procurement of electrical and electronic components in automotive/EV industry.
• Strong technical knowledge of automotive electrical parts (Motor, controllers, wiring harness, connectors, BMS, chargers).
• Proven expertise in supplier development, contract negotiation, and cost management.
• Familiarity with automotive quality standards (ISO/TS16949, AIS, IPC for electronics).
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills across engineering, R&D, and operations.
• Experience with ERP/MRP systems (SAP/Oracle/Dynamics) is a plus.
