Job summary

Fractal Analytics in Bengaluru, India, is seeking an experienced Procurement Manager to lead sourcing and procurement operations across Pan India and overseas. You will manage vendor onboarding, RFQ/RFP processes, contract reviews, and supplier performance, while ensuring compliance with Fractal’s policies.

The role requires strong ERP (Microsoft D365) knowledge, expertise in IT/Admin/Professional services categories, and collaboration with IT, HR, Finance, and Legal stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Experience in indirect procurement across IT/ITES or large organizations with a global footprint.
• Experience handling supplier onboarding, RFQ/RFP processes, and contract commercial clauses.
• Proficient in supplier evaluation, onboarding, and record-keeping for audits.

Responsibilities

• Accountable for supplier onboarding on ERP (Microsoft D365) with precise document verification and record keeping & tagging.
• Solicit help & support to all vendors in onboarding supplier successfully and train vendor on vendor portal usage.
• Manage purchase requests and apply sourcing strategies to source quality vendors.
• Draft RFQ or RFP documents to source quotes/proposals for open PRs from all assigned departments as per the alignment from the senior procurement manager.
• Supplier Selection by following the right procurement policies & procedures
• Prepare Selection Reports and get necessary approvals before proceeding for PO
• Open PR/PO management. Release PO in time with accuracy.
• Communicate/Collaborate with suppliers for deliveries to various centres across India and Away.
• Upkeep procurement records for any audits as per the policy guidelines.
• Record all procurement contracts and its lifecycle in contract management system and intimate team on upcoming renewals.
• Prepare procurement reports and dashboard as per the organization needs.
• Drive sustainable procurement practice to mitigate carbon emission and contribute to Fractal’s carbon neutrality program.
• Drive Supplier Diversity Goals.
• Handle reverse auction events on reverse auction tools as and when required.
• Manage procurement operation day to day activities

Procurement Manager

Job Description:

Our global procurement team is hiring procurement professional who has prior extensive experience of handling sourcing and procurement operation across Pan India & Overseas. He / She can manage & source global vendor per the procurement policy & guidelines. Extensively work with vendors/suppliers for onboarding as per Fractal’s supplier onboarding protocol, supplier selection by following the right procurement policies & procedures, review & negotiate the contract commercial clauses, record keeping of suppliers, handling audits, contract management and other day to day procurement activities. Role Details

Section 1 (Roles and Responsibilities)

Section 2 (Mandatory technical skills)

Must Have:

• Comprehensiveknowledge on indirect procurement with an IT/ITES or large organization on global front.
• Experience in categories like Administration, IT, Manpower Services, Professional Services.
• Experience working with stakeholders from IT, Admin, HR, Marketing, Finance & Legal, etc.
• Experience facing internal and external audits.
• Experience in handling RFPs with commercial & technical weightage.
• In depth Hands-on Experience with sourcing & procurement tools
• Able to draft & execute SOP’s for procurement services.
• Ability to draft & review commercial contract clauses.
• Expert-level proficiency inMs-office packages i.e. MS Excel, MS Word, Power point, Power BI, etc.
• Strong understanding and experience on ERP(Microsoft D365) and management tools & application.
• Good Experience in contract Lifecycle Management using contract management platforms.
