Do you have a strong business mindset, engineering roots, and a sharp eye for cost and strategy? We're looking for a Strategic Costing & Pricing Lead (Strategy & Commercial Lead) to join our team and drive product pricing, cost optimization, and scenario planning across our operations.

Overview

What You’ll Own and contribute to the organization in this role.

Responsibilities
  • Work with engineering and finance teams to define and refine product costs
  • Drive cost optimization programs across functions like supply chain and operations
  • Support customer discussions on pricing and product cost reports
  • Analyze various business scenarios to support strategic decisions
  • Contribute to new business proposals, RFQs, and commercial pitch decks
Qualifications
  • B.E./B.Tech (Mechanical, Production, Electronics)
  • MBA from a top-tier institute (IIM, NITIE, SJMSOM, or equivalent) preferably
  • Minimum 2+ years post-MBA experience in Strategy / Consulting / FMCG / FMCD / EMS
  • Minimum 2–3 years pre-MBA in Engineering or SCM roles preferably
  • Strong with Excel, product costing, and business case analysis
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
