Job summary

ANAROCK is seeking a professional to support Consulting, Valuations and Research assignments in real estate. You will execute feasibility studies, develop option studies, and contribute to asset monetization strategies and transaction advisory.

Responsibilities

• Executing consulting assignments for real estate including highest and best use study, financial feasibility study, development option study, business strategy, asset monetization strategy, transaction advisory.
• Real estate valuation reports and communicating outcomes with market trends, data points and assumptions.
• Churning out research-focused studies: India economic reports, real estate market trends analysis, industry chapters for DRHPs of IPOs Real Estate companies.
• Site visits as required.
• Updating database with real estate trends in various markets.
• Contributing to client management, preparation & presentation of pitches/proposals and assignment thesis.
• Assisting business development initiatives by departmental head.
• Contributing to RFP and empanelment related tasks.

Job description

Consulting, Valuations and Research Assignments:

• Executing the Consulting assignments for Real Estate including Highest and the best use study, financial feasibility study, Development option Study, Business strategy, asset monetization strategy, transaction advisory etc.
• Real Estate Valuation reports for various financial institutions, corporate clients, and individuals. Be able to efficiently communicate the outcome with the market trends, the relevant data points and the assumptions
• Churning out the research-focused studies such India economic reports, real estate market trends analysis, industry chapters (part of DRHPs of the IPOs Real Estate companies)

Other Peripheral Tasks:

• Updating the DCR knowledge and bylaws periodically
• Site visits as and when required
• Updating the database with the real estate trends in various real estate markets.
• Contributing to the client management, preparation & presentation of business pitches/proposals and assignment thesis.
• Assisting to the business development initiatives by the departmental head.
• Contributing to the RFP and empanelment related tasks
