Role Description

The Storyteller role is a part-time, on-site position based in Goa, India. This role involves observing and participating in Make It Happen experiences, capturing compelling stories about local communities, travelers, and curated journeys. The Storyteller will create written narratives, short-form content, and visual story ideas for use across digital platforms and marketing materials. Daily tasks include interviewing hosts and guests, gathering cultural insights, collaborating with the experiential design team, and coordinating with the marketing team to ensure consistent brand storytelling. The role also includes editing and refining content to align with the company’s tone, values, and sustainability-focused mission.

Qualifications
  • Candidates should possess strong Communication and Storytelling skills to convey experiences in a clear, engaging, and culturally sensitive manner.
  • Candidates should possess excellent Writing and Editorial skills for crafting and refining content across multiple formats and channels.
  • Candidates should possess Photography skills to visually document experiences and support narrative content.
  • Ability to interact comfortably with diverse travelers and local communities, with a high level of cultural awareness and empathy.
  • Experience creating content for digital platforms (blogs, social media, newsletters) is beneficial.
  • Proficiency in English is required; knowledge of local languages in Goa is an advantage.
