Job summary

The Lead Vision is seeking a creative Storyboard Artist for its kids 3D animation projects in Noida. You will translate scripts, nursery rhymes, and songs into engaging, visually entertaining storyboards for animation, with strong emphasis on child-friendly storytelling.

Ideal candidates have 2–5 years of storyboard experience in kids content, a solid sense of timing, composition, and character expressions, and a portfolio that demonstrates colorful, lively sequences for young audiences.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of professional storyboard experience in animation.
• Experience in Kids Nursery Rhymes / Preschool animation preferred.
• Strong drawing and visual storytelling skills.
• Understand camera angles, composition, perspective, posing and expressions.

Responsibilities

• Convert scripts, lyrics, and creative concepts into clear production-ready storyboards.
• Create engaging storyboards for English nursery rhymes, kids' songs, educational videos, and short stories.
• Plan appropriate camera angles, shot composition, framing, character placement, and transitions.
• Create cute and expressive character poses, actions, emotions, and reactions suitable for young children.
• Design visually attractive scenes that keep kids engaged throughout the video.
• Maintain proper story flow, continuity, pacing, and screen direction.
• Clearly communicate character actions, background requirements, props, and camera movements in storyboard panels.
• Work closely with the Content, Animatics, Animation, Modeling, and Production teams.
• Follow creative direction and make revisions based on production feedback.
• Deliver storyboards according to assigned production timelines.

About the Role

The Lead Vision is looking for a creative and experienced Storyboard Artist who can convert scripts, nursery rhymes, and kids' songs into engaging, colourful, and visually entertaining storyboards for 3D animation.

We are specifically looking for candidates who have experience working on Kids Nursery Rhymes, English Rhymes, Preschool Content, Kids Songs, or animated children's stories.

The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of visual storytelling, composition, camera angles, character expressions, posing, continuity, and shot planning.

Required Candidate Profile

• 2–5 years of professional Storyboard experience in animation.
• Experience in Kids Nursery Rhymes / Preschool / Kids Animation is strongly preferred.
• Strong drawing and visual storytelling skills.
• Good understanding of camera angles, composition, perspective, posing, expressions, and cinematic staging.
• Ability to create fun, colourful, energetic, and child-friendly visual sequences.
• Understanding of the requirements of a 3D animation production pipeline.
• Ability to work quickly while maintaining storyboard quality and clarity.
• Strong imagination and ability to develop interesting visual ideas from simple lyrics or scripts.

Portfolio Requirement

Candidates must share a Storyboard Portfolio / Showreel with their application.

Preference will be given to candidates whose portfolios include Kids Nursery Rhymes, English Rhymes, Preschool Animation, Kids Songs, or similar children's animation projects.
