Qualifications

• Experience leading a sales team and achieving targets.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily store operations to ensure efficient use of resources and high customer satisfaction.
• Oversee sales team performance with guidance on product knowledge, service standards, and goal setting.
• Conduct inventory tasks including stock ordering, receiving deliveries, and record accuracy.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards with effective displays and promotions.
