Job summary

Balaji Placement is assisting in recruiting for a stock management role at our Ankalas plant near Silvasa, Gujarat. The candidate will handle stock control, QMS compliance, and ERP-based transactions, coordinating with multiple departments while maintaining safety norms and GST compliance.

The ideal candidate holds an UG degree and has familiarity with stock statements and audits. Plant operations are based in Ankalas, Gujarat, with Mumbai corporate setup.

Qualifications

• UG qualification, any graduate degree.
• Experience in stock management and inventory control.
• Familiarity with GST and stock statements.

Responsibilities

• Stock management and inventory control across facilities.
• Ensure QMS processes are followed and documented.
• Utilize ERP system for stock transactions and reporting.
• Coordinate with all departments to align operations.
• Follow safety norms and maintain workplace safety.
• Manage GST compliance related to stock and purchases.
• Maintain stock statements and regular audits.
• Support internal and external audits as required.
