Job summary

Pacific Business Park Sahibabad is seeking an experienced store/inventory professional for operations at the Dehradun site. You will oversee material receipt, storage, stock control, and timely issuance, coordinating with purchasing and project teams to keep stock records accurate.

The role requires 2–3 years in store/inventory management, familiarity with ERP (MM) and MS Office, and strong communication and coordination skills to ensure cost control and smooth material flow.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience in Store / Inventory Management.
• Experience in Real Estate / Construction / Mall / Infrastructure preferred.
• Knowledge of ERP (MM) and MS Office.
• Good communication and coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle material receipt and issue as per approved requirements.
• Maintain and update stock and inventory records.
• Ensure proper store maintenance and material arrangement.
• Monitor stock levels and ensure timely availability of materials.
• Conduct regular physical stock verification and reconciliation.
• Maintain proper documentation for inward and outward materials.
• Coordinate with the Purchase and Project teams for material requirements.
• Support purchase activities and follow up on material availability.
• Prepare and maintain MIS and inventory reports.
• Ensure proper cost control and minimize material wastage.
• Update material transactions accurately in ERP.
• Ensure proper storage, identification, and safety of materials.
