Job description

The Store Executive - Cath Lab will be responsible for cath lab material management, inventory tracking, stock issue, implant and consumable control, documentation, vendor coordination, and department supply support at Kailash Healthcare, Greater Noida. This requires any graduate qualification with 2–3 years of experience.

• Manage receipt, storage, issue, and tracking of cath lab consumables, implants, and materials.
• Verify invoices, delivery challans, purchase orders, quantity, batch details, and material condition.
• Maintain stock registers, GRN records, issue slips, implant records, and inventory trackers.
• Monitor stock levels, expiry, near‑expiry, shortages, damaged items, and non‑moving materials.
• Coordinate with cath lab, cardiology, purchase, accounts, stores, billing, and vendors.
• Ensure proper storage, labeling, segregation, and traceability of high‑value cath lab materials.
• Follow FIFO/FEFO methods wherever applicable.
• Support procedure‑wise material issue and post‑procedure reconciliation.
• Report stock mismatch, shortage, damage, expiry, or documentation gaps to seniors promptly.
• Maintain cleanliness, safety, and proper arrangement of cath lab store area.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly stock reports for management.
• Ensure smooth, accurate, and controlled cath lab store operations.
