Hilton is seeking a Stewarding Executive to lead the back-of-house team in a prestigious hotel setting. You will supervise stewards, manage shifts, and ensure hygienic serviceware handling to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a 5-star hotel.
• Minimum of 2 years as Stewarding Team Leader in an international brand hotel.
• Knowledgeable in HACCP.
• Middle School Diploma or above as minimum education.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily back-of-house operations: oversee utility stewards, dishwashers, and temporary staff to ensure timely transport and cleaning of utensils.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization: Supervise cleaning of back-of-house spaces to uphold sanitation and hygiene standards.
• Coordinate inventory and equipment needs: Ensure proper inventory levels, manage equipment storage and distribution, and coordinate the timely delivery of food and equipment for all functions.
• Coach and develop team: scheduling shifts, coaching and professional development, conducting evaluations, and recognizing achievements.
• Monitor performance metrics: Track breakage and loss reports, update operating manuals, and assist with monthly inventories to support cost controls and efficiency improvements.
• Collaborate across teams: Partner with kitchen, bar, and restaurant teams to ensure seamless service, assisting team members where needed.
• Uphold regulatory standards: Maintain compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness regulations, ensuring the highest standards of guest and team member well-being.

Responsibilities

Here’s what you’ll do during a typical day:

In Addition, This Role Requires The Following Minimum Qualifications

• Middle School Diploma equivalent or above


• At least 3 years of working experience in a 5-star category hotel


• Minimum of 2 years as a Stewarding Team Leader in an international brand hotel


• Knowledgeable in HACCP
